This time I talk about "TMNT#1" by IDW Comics! Yes, this is the restart of the TMNT Comics by IDW. So, is this a reboot? Is this a continuation of the first 150 TMNT comics? Why is Raph in jail? Where are the other Turtles? What's going on???
